He was predeceased by: his parents, Franklin Byers and Jennie Byers; his wife Alice Byers; and his sons, Richard and Ronald Byers.
He is survived by: his grandchildren, Tracy Frame (Kevin), Dawn Green (Patrick), Michael Byers, Jeffrey Byers (Mandy) and Lorie Otz. He is also survived by seven great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandson.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, July 23rd 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Alexander-White-Mullen Funeral Home (11101 St Charles Rock Rd, St Ann, MO 63074). A committal service will be held on Thursday, July 24th 2025 at 12:30 PM at the Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery (2900 Sheridan Rd, St. Louis, MO 63125).
In lieu of flowers, contributions in Robert's memory may be made to American Heart Association.
