He was predeceased by: his parents, Lillie Viola Baker (Bales) and Otto Von Baker; his son Todd Baker; and his siblings, Walker, Leslie, Bob, Bunyan, Donald, Lowell, Betty Massie, Mary Albright and Polly Riggs.

He is survived by: his wife Sue Baker of Bridgeton, MO; his children, Larry Baker (Joanne) of Maryland Heights, MO and Robyn Smith (Kenny) of O'Fallon, MO; his grandchildren, Andrea Sexe (Eric), Daniel Baker of Maryland Heights, MO, Logan Smith (Kathleen) of Chesterfield, MO, Lauren Smith of St. Charles, MO and Corina Baker of Elsberry, MO.; and his great grandchildren, John and Michelle Sexe of Glen Carbon, IL. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
