He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert J. Marks Sr. and Mary J. Marks; and his sister Gloria Behymer. He is survived by: his wife Janet Marks; his son Albert J. Marks, III (Tana); his stepdaughter Cynthia Turner (John); and his nieces and nephews, Lawrence (Margaret), Laurie and Linda Behymer. He is also survived by 4 grandchildren.
