He was predeceased by: his parents, Poi Sam Chin and Soo Yat Eng; his brothers, Alan Chin and Albert Chin; and his sister-in-law Christina Chan.
He is survived by: his spouse Stevie Chan; his son Dan Chin; his stepchild Pakman Poon; his sibling Gail Sit (late Eugene); and his siblings-in-law, Judy Chin, Connie Chan (late James), Sandy Chan and Eden Chan (Cindy). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, cousins, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Al's memory to Mid-America Buddhist Association.
