He is survived by: his wife Linda Blum (Kazzee) of St. Peters, MO; his son Jason Blum of St. Peters, MO; his mother-in-law Etta Kazzee of St. Peters, MO; and his siblings, Bill, Dale of De Soto, MO and Mary of Kansas City, MO.. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
