She was predeceased by: her husband John Breitenstein; her parents, James Arthur and Anna Ramsey; her daughters, Annette Marie Fehrenbach and Janice M. Bakewell; and her siblings, William Ramsey, Merium Walton and Edna Riehl.
She is survived by: her children, Colleen Breitenstein and Laurie Breitenstien; her son-in-law Peter Allan Fehrenbach; her grandchildren, Julia Ramsey Baldwin (Peter), Anne Stark Fehrenbach, Laura Bakewell McHargue (Christopher), John Morgan Bakewell, John Alejandro Breitenstein and Joseph Manuel Breitenstein; her great grandchildren, Richard Henry Baldwin, Pierce Fitzgerald Baldwin and Annabelle Marie Baldwin; and her brother James Arthur Ramsey (Loretta).
She also volunteered for numerous organizations including American Cancer Society, St. Louis Apheresis Center, PTA, and as a Girl Scout Leader.
