He is survived by: his cousins, Claudia Horne (Tim) of Piedmont, MO, Glenda Ehrlich (Mark) of Oakville, MO, Mark McMillen (Karen) of St. Charles, MO, Amy McMillen of St. James, MO, Tom Boldt (Caroline) of Steelville, MO, Jay McMillen (Teri) of Joplin, MO, Regina Mertz (Greg) of Los Alamos, NM, Barbara Schafale and Carol Bodi of Alton, IL. He is also survived by other cousins and many friends.
