Barbara Guthrie Obituary
We are sad to announce that on September 29, 2025, at the age of 81, Barbara Guthrie of Saint Charles, Missouri passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, James Sr. Guthrie and Dorothy Guthrie; her son Patrick Medlin; and her brother James L. Guthrie, Jr.. She is survived by: her children, Shari Marshall (Dean), Paul Medlin, Jr. (Sharon), Steve Medlin (Angie), Carrie Glossup (Randy), Jon Medlin, Holly Moses (Daniel) and Henry Medlin (Angie); her grandchildren, Michael, Nicole, Anthony, Nicholas, Kristen, Jeffrey, Patrick, Jr., Hannah, Edward, William, Ryan, Jake, Savanna, Thomas and Gwenyth; and her cousins, Judy Lawler and Jack Lawler.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 2nd 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Friday, October 3rd 2025 from 12:30 PM to 1:30 PM. A funeral Mass will be held on Friday, October 3rd 2025 at 1:30 PM at the St. Cletus Catholic Church (2705 Zumbehl Rd, St Charles, MO 63301). A graveside service will be held on Friday, October 3rd 2025 at the St. Charles Memorial Gardens (3950 W Clay St, St Charles, MO 63301).
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in Barbara's name to Five Acres Animal Shelter or Mass Cards.
