She was predeceased by: her parents, Bert Harrison Lewis Sr. and Lorraine Florence Lewis; and her siblings, John Williams Lewis, Hazel Naomi Regot, Bert Harrison Lewis Junior, Lorraine Florence "Goodsy" Lynch, Myrtle Alice Knight, Arthur Noel Lewis, Robert Eugene Lewis "Robbie", Davy Crawford, Frank Hinkel, Paul Spafford, Clinton "Bud" Scowden, Richard Knight, Buster Lynch and Jack Crossman.
She is survived by: her siblings, Lorie Nancy Crawford, Mary Jane Spafford, Christine Ann Hinkel, Sherry Lynn Berger, Sandy Lewis, Donnie Regot and Bill Berger. She is also survived by many Nieces, Nephews, Great Nieces and Nephews.
