She was predeceased by: her husband Kenneth Stegall; her parents, John Hogan and Flora Hogan; her child Lt. Cornal Dennis Stegall; and her siblings, Ellen Hogan, Lois Tackett, Roberta Buris, John Hogan, Jr. and Melvin Hogan.
She is survived by: her children, Darleta Darnell and Kenneth Stegall; her grandchildren, Justin Darnell (Chelsea), Travis Darnell (Nikki), Monique Dias (Christian), Candace Stegall and Ken Stegall; and her great grandchildren, Cameron, Nolan, Olivia, Gabriel, Kieran, Harper and Mattie.
Memorials may be made in Betty's name to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
