Betty Carolyn Noonan Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Betty Carolyn Noonan of Saint Charles, Missouri, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on November 20, 2025 at the age of 85. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Lester Skaggs and Eithel Skaggs (Miller); her siblings, Mildred Whitener, Dean Thompson and William Skaggs (Bill); and her son Richard Deason.
She is survived by: her husband Ed Noonan; her children, Kevin Sugar (Tammy), Mike Deason, Kelly Sugar, Tracey Sugar-Braden, Patricia Shatto-Deason (James) and Billie Deason; and her grandchildren, Stephanie Sugar, Courtney Sugar, Jeffrey Tanner, Adam Feast, Austin Braden, Tristan Braden, Nikki Wells, Lindsey Crews, Danielle Shatto, Kendra Shatto and Brianna Shatto. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Monday, December 1st 2025 from 10:30 AM to 1:00 PM at the Follis & Sons Chapel (700 Madison Plaza Dr, Fredericktown, MO 63645). A funeral service will be held on Monday, December 1st 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
