With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Betty Carolyn Noonan of Saint Charles, Missouri, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on November 20, 2025 at the age of 85. She was predeceased by: her parents, Lester Skaggs and Eithel Skaggs (Miller); her siblings, Mildred Whitener, Dean Thompson and William Skaggs (Bill); and her son Richard Deason.
She is survived by: her husband Ed Noonan; her children, Kevin Sugar (Tammy), Mike Deason, Kelly Sugar, Tracey Sugar-Braden, Patricia Shatto-Deason (James) and Billie Deason; and her grandchildren, Stephanie Sugar, Courtney Sugar, Jeffrey Tanner, Adam Feast, Austin Braden, Tristan Braden, Nikki Wells, Lindsey Crews, Billy Joe Deason, Danielle Shatto, Kendra Shatto and Brianna Shatto. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
