She was predeceased by: her grandmother Beverly; her mother Lucille Flagg; her son Richard Mansfield; and her siblings, Lillian Roach, Kathy Flagg and Ellis Flagg.
She is survived by: her husband Mike Willis of Creve Coeur, Missouri; her children, Kathy Mansfield, Shawn Willis (Melissa), Michael Willis (Jennifer), Vaughn Willis (Jennifer) and Vadon Willis; and her sisters, Wendy Smith, Charlene Anderson, Linda Flagg and Robin Isaiah. She is also survived by thirteen grandchildren; two great grandchildren; and a host of nieces and nephews.
