We are sad to announce that, on January 29, 2024, at the age of 93, Billy Joe Rowland of Saint Charles, Missouri, born in Black Rock, Arkansas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Rowland and Grace Rowland; his wife Dorothy Irene Rowland; his son Larry Joe Rowland; his granddaughter Laura; and his siblings, Junior Rowland, Lois Baker, Claire Burress, Grace Lee Westerfield, Shirley Culver and Norma Gilmore.
He is survived by: his sons, Darrel Wayne Rowland (late Karen) of Paragould, AR, Alan Lee Rowland (Candace) of Charlottesville, VA and Steven Donald Rowland (Patti) of Florissant, MO; his grandchildren, Craig, Ben, Joshua, Aaron, Jared, Geoff, Keith, Jimmi, Jessica and Angela; and his brother Jimmy Rowland (Karen). He is also survived by Thirteen Great-Grandchildren; Five Great-Great-Grandchildren.
