He was loved and cherished by many people including: his spouse Cleo P. Hubert; his parents, August Hubert and Irmgard Hubert; his children, Russell Hubert (Patricia), Richard Hubert, Daniel Hubert (Jacqueline) and Douglas Hubert (Martha); his grandchildren, Scott Hubert (Tara), Jeffrey Hubert, Bradley Hubert, Krista Hubert, Kourtney Reifeiss, Vince Nevois and Ashley Gittemeier (Shawn); and his great grandchildren, Kayla, Zachary, Natalie, Nova, August, James, Abygail, Alysia, Daisey and Skyler.

Memorials may be made in Carl's name to Duchesne High School.
