She was predeceased by: her husband Dennis Spellmann; and her parents, Vance Spreckelmeyer and Lena Spreckelmeyer. She is survived by: her children, Sheryl Kay Guffey and Earl William Spellmann (Susan); her grandchildren, Ryan Vance Guffey (Laura), Daniel Dennis Guffey (Tara), Erika Iris Hoffman and Jarrett Thomas Green; and her great grandchildren, Adalyn Kay Guffey, Vance Robert Guffey, Connor Thomas Guffey, William Daniel Guffey, Alexander Dennis Guffey, Margeaux, Gia and Sophia.
