She was predeceased by : her parents, Elsa Burns and Jack Burns; her former life partner Samuel K. Azar II; and her sister Claudia Heitman (Burns). She is survived by : her children, Sheryl Lyver (Azar) and Samuel K. Azar III; and her brother Clifford Burns (Deborah).
