It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carolyn Deckard of Saint Charles, Missouri, who passed away on September 23, 2023, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her spouse Jerry L. Deckard; and her parents, Ova Mooney and Mable Mooney. She is survived by: her children, Timothy Deckard and Tamara Knittig.
