He is survived by: his wife Katie Lombardo; his former wife Barbara; his children, Katie Medeiros (Sam), Vince Lombardo (Nicole), Lindsay Lombardo (Nate Powell) and Angela Kovarik (Kevin); his stepchildren, Rob Ludwinski (Cyndi), Patti Ludwinski (Larry Kirchner), Krissy Baliva (Matt), Doug Ludwinski, Joe and Curt Mueller; his grandchildren, Celia, Stephen, Odilia Medeiros, Luca, Nina, Jonah, Leo Lombardo, Parks, Pierce Powell, Ellie, Annie, Josie Kovarik, Ryan (Ashley), Allison, Lindsay Ludwinski, Riley, River Kirchner, Collin Chrun and Dominic Baliva; and his siblings, Kyle Lombardo (Roberta) and Faraby Reis (Curtis).
