She was predeceased by: her parents, Dorothy Laramie and Lambert Laramie; and her brother Lambert Laramie. She is survived by: her husband Jim Smith; her daughters, Holly Smith and Vicki Amormino; her grandchildren, Alex Watkins (MJ), Dakota Kramer, Chase Penuel, Nicholas Kramer, Tucker Kramer, Jimmy Penuel (Lilac) and Reece Amormino; her great grandchildren, Kyler Penuel, Falyn Watkins and Rylee Watkins; and her sister Sharon Rush (Fred).
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 14th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Wednesday, October 15th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Baue Funeral Home - St Charles (620 Jefferson St, St Charles, MO 63301). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, October 15th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, October 15th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the St. Charles Borromeo Cemetery (601 N 4th St, St Charles, MO 63301).
She had a sassy yet classy personality and a creative spirit that shone through in everything she did—from planning family members' weddings to volunteering her time in charity work.
