He is survived by: his children, Steven Winker (Alaska), Suzanne Costanza and Stephanie Owen (California); his grandchildren, Ryan Winker, Mario Costanza (Tomoko), Matthew Costanza (Lydia), Samantha Owen and Kayla Owen; his great grandchild Sophie Costanza; and his siblings, Jane Schupbach, David Winker, Edna Louise Lenz, Mary Ellen Seltenreich and Beverly Scranton Charles.
