He was predeceased by: his parents, Chester Rupp Sr. and Dorothy Wertz Rupp; and his wife Eleanor McDonald Rupp. He is survived by: his children, Vicki Westall (Doug), Renae Novak (Greg), Michele Rhoades, Greg Rupp (Kathy) and Scott Rupp (Carissa); his grandchildren, Ryan Westall (Hailey), Eric Westall (Amanda), Andrew Westall, Patrick Westall, Breanne Novak, Michael Novak, Shelby Rhoades, Bailey Rhoades, Ally Mesler (Todd), Matthew Rupp, Jeter Rupp, Noelle Rupp, Scottie Rupp, Hayley Mattern, Emily Mattern and Christian Mattern; and his great grandchildren, Eloise, Sloane Westall, Kit, Parker, Liv Westall, Ronan and Zelie Mesler.
