He is survived by: his wife Melissa "Lisa"; his sons, Camden, Jayden and Ashden; his mother Peggy Maddox; his brothers, Timothy "Tim" Wolfenden, Michael "Mike" Fugatt, William "Bill" Maddox (Deirdre "Dee" Honaker) and Chris Maddox (Nichole Stout); and his aunts, Christy "Chrissy" Callaway (Robert Callaway) and Cynthia "Cindy" Hicks. He is also survived by nieces and nephews, family members, dear friends, and coworkers.
