He was predeceased by: his wife Mary Ann Meyer; his parents, Herman Meyer and Mary Meyer; and his siblings, Vernon Meyer (late Margaret) and Aurelia Farkas (late James).
He is survived by: his children, Gary Meyer (Evelyn), Jo Ann May (Ken) and Dwayne Meyer (Lynne); and his grandchildren, Trevor Meyer (Rice), Shane Meyer (Rachel), Sharon Henry (Norm), Lara Liu (Mark), Brian May (Jennifer), Ashley Herford (Patrick), Michelle Saulnier (Michael), Lauren Meyer and Kara Meyer (Ryan Mosby).
Memorials may be made in Cyril's name to St. Peter Catholic Church or St. Vincent DePaul.
