He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Caldwell and Ruthe Ann Dorsey. He is survived by: his wife Jamie Ratliff of St. Charles; his children, David L., Jason, DeAngela, Danielle, Danika, Erika, Alannah, Kileigh and Rylan; and his sister Charrie Dorsey. He is also survived by many grandchildren and several great-grandchildren.
