He was predeceased by: his spouse Cleo Mae Wolter; his parents, Roscoe Wolter and Pauline Wolter; and his son John David Wolter. He is survived by: his daughter Lynda Brumley (Kevin); his granddaughters, Hannah Brumley, Sarah Brumley (Caleb Hommez) and Rebekah Brumley; and his sisters, Mary Storm (Bob) and Carol Wolter.
