He was predeceased by: his parents, Omar M. Cork and Bonnie A. Cork. He is survived by: his wife Virginia Kaye Cork; his children, Gregory J. Cork (Linda), Bryan D. Cork (Gina), Alan J. Cork (JoAnn) and Erin K. Cork Woolfolk (Richard); his grandchildren, Joshua, Jennifer, Adam (Sabrina), Samantha, Nathan, Aiden, Nolan, Lenora, Oliver and Agatha; his great grandchild Gabriel; and his sisters, Mary Ohlemeyer and Della Gravemann.

Memorials may be made in David's name to Masses at St Elizabeth Ann Seton or Sts. Joachim and Ann Care Center Due to the COVID-19 Pandemic Baue Funeral Homes does require all family members and guests to wear a mask while visiting our facilities.
