He was an amazing neighbor, and a fantastic person. We always enjoyed chatting with him, and he had such an infectious laugh and personality. Any chance to interact with David always made our day better. We will always remember going to his birthday party at the dance, we had so much fun. You will be missed and celebrated sir.”
