He was predeceased by: his mother Angela Lape; and his sister Mary Ann Watkins. He is survived by: his pet Cody; his father Donald Lape; his wife Becky Lape; his children, Natalie Lape of Brooklyn and Nicholas Lape (Jenna); his grandchildren, Weston John and Sutton Nicole of St. Louis; his siblings, Brother Bob Lape (Bobbie) of Texas, Betty Bryant (Randy), Pat Pennington (Blaine), Bonnie Brown (Joe), Barb Glover (Wayne) and Peggy Hoatson (Dick) of Kansas City; and his siblings-in-law, Chris Surgener (Karen), Mark Surgener (Mary), Matt Surgener (Shannon), Scott Surgener (Ali) and Debby Surgener of St. Louis. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
