He was predeceased by: his wife Geraldine Schrader; his parents, Herbert Schrader and Eleanor Schrader; and his brother Ernie Schrader (late Mildred). He is survived by: his daughters, Donna Anderhalter (Denny) and Mary Moon (Dave); his grandchildren, Stacey Beerman (Jason), Marissa Wussler (Jason), Liz Zimmerman (Tim Alvarez), Jon Anderhalter (Amy) and Matt Moon (Shila); his great grandchildren, Kyle Wussler, Abby Wussler, Lexie Wussler, Connor Beerman, Cole Beerman, Abby Anderson, Anna Roth, Patrick Comer, Abe Anderhalter and Barrett Anderhalter; and his sister Joyce Jacobs (late Lawrence).
