He was predeceased by: his parents, Otto Oelklaus and Helen Oelklaus; and his sister Jacqueline Borgmeyer (Thomas). He is survived by: his wife Mary Ann Oelklaus; his daughter Julie Donovan (Michael); his grandsons, Colin Donovan and Brendan Donovan; and his sister Dorothy Kolkmeier (Walter).
