It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Donald R. Francois of Saint Charles, Missouri, born in East Saint Louis, Illinois, who passed away on June 14, 2021, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Leo Francois and Mildred Francois; and his brothers, Leo and Richard Francois. He is survived by: his wife Linda M. Francois; his children, Karen Ducker, Deborah Hals, Donna Lawonn (Kerry), Rebecca Stamer and Paul Mobley (Tamara); his sister Sandra Butz; and his close friends, Bill and Liz Mueller.
