We are sad to announce that on July 24, 2025 we had to say goodbye to Donald Schappe of Saint Charles, Missouri. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
In the vast expanse of eternity, Donald shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Donald farewell, his loved ones carry with them the precious gift of his memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Schappe and Louise Schappe. He is survived by: his wife Jackie; and his brothers, Tom, Jim and Mike Schappe (Ann).
Visitation will be held on Monday, August 4th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Cletus Catholic Church (2705 Zumbehl Rd, St Charles, MO 63301). A funeral Mass will be held on Monday, August 4th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
Donald was a member of the Boys & Girls Club, Cuivre River Foundation, Crider Center for Mental Health, School of Autism, O'Fallon Community Center, O'Fallon Kiwanis, St. Charles Rotary, and Sisters of the Most Precious Blood Advisory Board. Memorials may be made in Donald 's name to St Jude Children's Research Hospital, St Vincent de Paul at St Cletus Catholic Church (https://www.osvhub.com), or the Wounded Warrior Project.
