He was predeceased by: his parents, Bertie M. Welch and Sam M. Welch; and his son Mark Welch. He is survived by: his wife Donna Sue Ashby Welch; his daughters, Teresa Welch and Debra Peters (Keith); his grandchildren, Carly Welch and Chris Hull (Jackie); his great grandchildren, Shelby Welch (Tyler), Mylie Lamb, Macy Schweppe and Lucy Hull; and his great great grandchild Jace Prather.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, June 10th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:30 PM at the Baue Funeral Home - Cave Springs (3950 W Clay St, St Charles, MO 63301). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, June 10th 2025 at 1:30 PM at the same location.
Memorials may be made in Joe's name to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
