It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dorothy B. Rowe of Saint Charles, Missouri, who passed away on April 5, 2023, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph "Bud" Fehr and Mary M. Fehr; and her son Charles J. Scott. She is survived by: her children, Ralph Scott (Christine), Alta Stockton-Scott, Mary "Dinky" Anyan (Dennis) and Ann "Pebbles" Rowe. She is also survived by 9 Grandchildren, and 12 Great-Grandchildren.
