He is survived by: his girlfriend Julie Alexander; his daughters, Kayla Ethington (Calvin) and Sonya Lightfoot (Christopher Ketterer); his grandchildren, Cody, Shelby, Ava, Colten, Luka, Eliha and Isabella; his sister Cheryl Levick; his nephew Sean; and his nieces, Heather and Melissa.
