He is survived by : his children, Michael Lamzik, Carolyn Shepherd (late Sam), Barbara Zingrich (John) and Bill Lamzik (Amy); his grandchildren, Shannon Howard (Keith), Nick Washburn, Dan Washburn (Courtney), Jon Washburn (Amy), Suzie Shepherd, Hannah Navickas (Travis), Molly Lamzik (Pat McPhail) and Cassie Lamzik; his sister-in-law Ethel Lamzik; and his great grandchildren, Mia, Colton, Wyatt, Payton, Carter and Deklin.
