He is survived by: his wife Patricia Noah Oliver; his children, Randy Oliver (Cathy), Greg Oliver (Barbara), Mike Noah (Rae Ann), Cindy Noah and Gina Oar (Dave); his grandchildren, Staci Schirling (Larry), Wesley Oliver (Skye), Bridgett Hardage (Brian), Kara Oliver, Cara Noah-Avalos (Francisco), Kathryn Noah, Christine Thompson (Mark), Nick Oar (Krista), Elisabeth Logan (Tanner) and Ben Oar; his great grandchildren, Aly, Roland, Ellie, Gavin, Lexi, Connor, Carmella, Isabella, Issac, Gabriella, Cameron, Kailyn, Aaliyah, Tiana, Shabaz, Conrad, Harley, Hudson, Harper and Ivy Jo; and his brother Joe Oliver (late Miriam).
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 26th 2026 from 10:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the First Assembly Church (4750 N Service Rd, St Peters, MO 63376). A memorial service will be held on Monday, October 26th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
