She was predeceased by: her husband Donald Clark; and her parents, Fred Miller and Lucille Miller. She is survived by: her siblings, Vendia Coder (late Arthur) and Violet Dee Hays (late Thomas); and her siblings' children, Brian Coder (Kim), Wesley Coder (Beki), Petrece Metz (Dion), Cindy Hays and Kim Hays.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, August 28th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:30 PM at the Baue Funeral Home - Cave Springs (3950 W Clay St, St Charles, MO 63301). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, August 28th 2025 at 1:30 PM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Thursday, August 28th 2025 at 2:15 PM at the St. Charles Memorial Gardens (3950 W Clay St, St Charles, MO 63301).
Memorials may be made in Elsie's name to Ridgecrest Baptist Church (https://www.ridgecrest.org).
