She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Christopher Peter Joseph (Ky) and Marie Margaret Ohmes (Frances Darlene Thomas); her husband Robert Joseph Thomas; her children, Dorothy Barley (Rick), Brenda Cox (Jeff), Kevin Thomas, William Thomas, Robert Thomas (Barb), Karen McGowan (Joseph) and Joy Mayer; her grandchildren, Crystal Weller (Charley), Corey Cox (Lacey), Ryan Kopf (Amanda), Brad Kopf, Dale Elbert (Sami), Randy Thomas, Joseph Thomas, Elizabeth Minardi (Michael), Michael Surrisi, Maggie McGowan and Emily McGowan; her siblings, Richard Ohmes (Rita), Ruth Harvey (Harry), Patricia Blasko (Erwin) and Donald Ohmes; and her siblings-in-law, Ronald Thomas (Mary), Donald Thomas (Joann) and Mary Schlautmann (Slick). She was also cherished by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and dear friends.
