She was predeceased by: her sister Betty Lesley; her brother-in-law James Wagoner; and her great-nephew Bradley Colbert. She is survived by: her sons, Keith (Tracy) of Charleston, IL and Tim (Anne) of St. Charles, MO; her grandchildren, Seth (Presley) and Marissa Green; her great grandchild Margot Green; her sisters, Jackie Wagoner of Sikeston, Rose Ann Zook of Overland and Sharon Griffin of Hardy, AR; and her nephew Donald Lesley. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Memorials may be made in Frances's name to American Cancer Society.
