He is survived by: his parents, Guadalupe Navarro (Wally) and Marybell Navarro; his children, Frankie Lee Navarro, Jr., Nevaeh Navarro, Mason Navarro and Isabella Navarro; his siblings, Wallito Navarro (Ayde), Jenny Navarro Benitez (Miguel) and Nathan Navarro (Jourdan); and his siblings' children, Alycia, Arianah, Sophia, Lupito, Abby, Leandro, Emily and Mercedez.
Visitation was held on Friday, October 24th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Paul Funeral Home (240 N Kingshighway St, St Charles, MO 63301). A funeral service was held on Friday, October 24th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the same location.
