With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Franklin O. Phillips of Saint Charles, Missouri, who passed away on October 6, 2022. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Oscar Adam Phillips and Martha Phillips; and his siblings, Eunice Whiteside, Isabelle Luetkenhaus of Louis, Calvin Phillips, Marlin Phillips and Lucille Tiedmann.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Ann Phillips; and his children, Laurie Shelley (Glen), Louise Hillis (Jimmy) and Mary Beth Lovelace (Dan). He is also survived by his family and friends.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations are preferred to The Wounded Warrior Project or The Adam Morgan Foundation.
