It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Genevieve C. Albrecht of Saint Charles, Missouri, who passed away on May 30, 2025, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her former husband Erich Anthony (Rick); her children, Catherine Hoormann (Marion) of Nashville, TN., Carl (Leann) of Nashville, TN. and Douglas Albrecht (Jennifer) of St. Peters; her grandchildren, Brian Pearia (Sheri), Jacob, Claire Albrecht, Mike (Kelly) and Mark Hoormann (Laura); her great grandchildren, Kylie Berg (Karl), Austin, Brooke Diehl, Braden, Logan Hoormann, Luke and Jake Hoormann; her parents, Francis "Slim" Douglas and Clara Douglas (Sammelmann); and her sister Alice Thompson (Wilbert).
She is survived by: her husband Erich "Rick" Albrecht. She is also survived by neighbors, her church and her many friends.
