He is survived by: his wife Jo Ann White; his children, Vicki Collett (Tim) and Gerald White, Jr. (Diane); his grandchildren, Caitlin Brauer (Austin), Abigail Collett (Zack Sutter), Michael Collett, Kristi Lilley (JB) and Melissa Simpson; and his siblings, Sue Cook and Shirley Lucas (Van).
