He was predeceased by: his wife Carolyn Kemper; his parents, Walter Jr. Kemper and Ruby Kemper; his siblings, Robert S., Walter "Bud" and Patricia L Oertle (Ollie); and his sister-in-law Luella Rogers (Clyde).
He is survived by: his stepdaughters, Julia Chinn, Laura Christian and Mindy Beauregard (Christian); his grandchildren, Laura Elizabeth, Katie, Danae and Ben (Kendra); and his great grandchildren, Lance, Riley, Blake, Charlee Kate, Carter, Cal and Brooks.
