Cook; his parents, Josephine Harrison Green Cook and James Franklin Cook Sr.; his children, Jamie Cook, James "Jay" Franklin Cook III and Clayton Cook; his stepchildren, Marty Zangaro (Monica), Brett Zangaro (Casondra), Cristina Kaufman (Steven "Junior") and Micki McKnight; his grandchildren, Noah, Steven, Liam of Gabriel, AJ, Tyler, Emma Rose, Faith and Archer; his sister Carol Cook (Joana Freedman); his siblings-in-law, Laura Hoferkamp (Gary) and Craig Topp (Cynthia); his cousins, Bryan Law, Christian Law (Suzanne) and Lisa Waller (Mark); and his pets, Morgan and Barry.
Memorials may be made in Jim's memory to a charity of the donor's choice.
