He is survived by: his wife Sheri Uelk; his children, Jayson Uelk, Amanda Uelk, Kristina Uelk and Nicholas Uelk (Shayna); his siblings, Ronald Uelk (Mary Catherine), Linda Connally (Garry Brewer), Ruth Schwenck, Robert Uelk (Janel), Edith Tedder (Al) and Raymond Uelk; his daughter-in-law Laura Uelk; and his grandchildren, Kolby, Joey, Isaiah, Kaelyn, Ethan, Coltyn and McKenna.
