She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Hammack and Shirley Hammack; and her granddaughter Olivia Hammond. She is survived by: her sisters, Julie Scarpace (Larry), Vicki Huck and Carrie Hammond (Kirk); her grandchildren, Kylie Huck, Maya Scarpace and Carlie Scarpace; her close friend Penny Smith; and her siblings, Judy Thuerwaechter (Wayne), Jim Hammack (Dolores) and Patricia Adams. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
