He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Reynolds and Eunice Reynolds; his child Ryan Reynolds; his grandson Kevin Reynolds, Jr.; and his brother Jim Reynolds.

He is survived by: his wife Liz Reynolds; his children, Kevin Reynolds (Yvonne) and Cynthia Glassey; his grandchildren, Taylor Mannucci, Emily Mannucci, Maria Reynolds and Amelia Reynolds; his sister Carolyn Milburn (late Bob); and his siblings-in-law, Melissa Kunkle (Steve) and Bill Boucher (Lee). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and other relatives.

Memorials may be made in Jerry's name to Harvester Christian Church or Siteman Cancer Center.
