He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl "Duke" Hoffman and Lucille "Lou" Hoffman; and his siblings, Lou Ellen Kisker (Don) and Bill Hoffman (Helen). He is survived by: his wife Beverly "Bev"; his daughter Christie Waddle (Keith); his sister-in-law Betty Dreher (Jack); and his grandson Duncan. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and other family and friends.
